Since this seems to affect a specific user, the issue is most likely in our environment. We’ll find the problem and resolve it. If we need more help, then we’ll open a ticket.

Hello Dan,
I have just installed the latest release from my client and unfortunately, I notice that we still have significant issues with the ‘logoff’ of the session. All sessions remain in ‘disconnect’ even after performing ‘end session,’ despite the user being correctly removed from ADDS.
Moreover, the profile deletion feature is still absent in this release.
Do I need to integrate it with GitHub?

I’m sorry to hear this issue has persisted even after upgrading.
Can you please remind me if this concern already has an open support ticket? If so, what’s the ticket number? If not, can you please open one? I think our Support team will need to get on a screen share and investigate the environment.
