What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
Mimic the monitoring emails on the subscription emails, so if there have been no changes since the last email the subscription will simple send an email stating “No changes have taken place”.
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
Is there a way and this may require a software enhancement, to mimic the monitoring emails on the subscription emails, so if there have been no changes since the last email the subscription will simple send an email stating “No changes have taken place”? For example, our User Activity Monitoring plan, if no changes have occurred, the email simple states “No changes have occurred since the last Activity Summary delivery.” But the ‘Failed Logins’ report subscription sends a .pdf to indicate that there have been “no failed login attempts”. It would be nice if the subscription report could indicate “no change” in the original email and not require a completely separate file to indicate the same information. Thank you for taking the time to entertain this request.
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Currently will send the emails daily with the file attached, which seems to be a less efficient method than how the Monitoring emails are able to be configured. Also, I have included example emails from outputs, plus an image showing that the types of subscriptions are predominately Reports with a few searches.
