# Posting An Idea - All my data wiped out

I typed up and idea for NDC and added attachments. When I went to submit the idea, it said I  
was not allowed to attach more than 1 media item as a new user. Instead of keeping everything on the page and allowing me to remove one of the images I attached, it cleared the whole form. Everything I entered into the form was gone.

Hi Marc,  
I’m sorry that happened to you. That sounds like a bug in our system. I’ll see if I can reproduce it and get it fixed. You should be good now, though; I just increased the media limits for New Users.

Assuming [this is the Idea you’re referring to](https://community.netwrix.com/t/additional-detail-on-sources-file-sources-pages/15114), I welcome you to edit your post to add those attachments! You can edit your post with the pencil in the bottom:
