Patch Version 26.5.1 Released

Password Secure 26.5.1 Now Available

We are pleased to announce the availability of Password Secure 26.5.1. This patch release is focused on stability and reliability improvements for the Windows Application, addressing critical performance and connectivity issues reported by our customers. This release introduces no breaking changes and is recommended for all customers, particularly those using the Windows App with Active Directory or Entra ID profiles.

I can’t see the new version in my products. So far, only 26.4.10.34111 is showing there.

First of all thank you all for the quick reaction to the community regarding the performance issue.

To be honest our environment still runs a 9.3.0.33526 Version and we wanna update. Is there anything we additional we have keep in mind? Or just the usual song and dance as described in Why Netwrix Password Secure? | Netwrix Product Documentation as well as the compatibility of the different version.

After updating to the latest version 26.5.1.34120, we are still seeing isolated cases where users can only view their passwords in the web client under „All passwords“. What’s more, it often seems like the web client keeps loading for hours. That’s very unsatisfying. One user wasn’t even able to see any passwords, not even their personal ones, until we gave them an Advanced license.
