### What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?

Make option to use Offline Client only as Read Only

### Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.

Some users have a habit of changing passwords in the offline client and not going online with their computer; the changes are not being synced to the database; resulting in problems.

Therefore we would like to have the option to make the Offline Client Read Only for some users (via User Rights).
