# No copy password function in Netwrix Password Secure Plugin

Hello,

Users are reporting to us that the password copy function in the Edge plugin is no longer working. I can confirm this in my account.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Welcome to the Netwrix Community!

Yes, this issue is [already known and is currently under investigation](https://support.passwordsafe.de/hc/articles/24871581013660). We previously identified and resolved a login-related problem affecting the browser extension. Our development team is currently actively working on resolving the remaining copy-to-clipboard issue in the Edge and Chrome extensions.
