What is a one sentence summary of your feature request?
Add Automatic Asset Purging to remove assets that have been unlicenced and offline for a set criteria of days (configurable by the admin) to remove assets that no longer exist in the environment
Please describe your idea in detail. What is your problem, why do you feel this idea is the best solution, etc.
The problem we face is a large number of stale assets being left within the Endpoint Protector Server. We have 3000 devices showing, but only 1000 that have been licenced - The rest have been unlicenced and have been offline for at least 6 months.
Is there a way that a feature could be implemented, to allow asset auto-purging, based on assets that meet this criteria (unlicenced and offline) for a set timeframe, that could be configurable by each admin team in a tenant. This would save countless hours over time to check this list and clean up assets that are no longer part of the organisation (eg this has been retired).
How do you currently solve the challenges you have by not having this feature?
Manually remove assets from this list, filtering the unlicenced and offline devices and bulk deleting them.
