Feature Request: Confirmation / warning popup before password change

Request:
Please add the ability to configure a custom warning message or confirmation dialog that is shown to a user before they change a password record.
Why:
The current notification system only triggers after changes have been made. For shared or critical passwords, we need a way to inform and warn users before they proceed — e.g., “This password is used by multiple systems. Please coordinate before changing.”
The Seal/multi-eye feature covers approval workflows, but sometimes a simple informational pop-up is sufficient and less disruptive.
Suggested implementation:
A per-record (or per-OU) configurable text field whose content is displayed as a confirmation dialog when a user clicks “Edit” or “Change password”.
