**Block Approval of Own Change Request** Check the **Block Approval of Own Change Request** option to prevent users from approving their change requests. If blocked, the owner name does not appear in the approver list, even if they are a mandated or final approver. This also blocks Administrators from performing an approval override on their own change requests. **Set Recipients when Owner Approves Own Change Request** You can set up email notifications when a change request is approved by an owner. This does not apply if the **Block Approval of Own Change Request** option is enabled. Select one or more recipients from the drop down. Use Ctrl or Shift click to select multiple recipients. **Set Recipients when Approval is Overridden** You can set up email notifications when a change request is approved as an override. Overrides occur when a change request is approved by an administrator. Select one or more recipients from the drop down. Use Ctrl or Shift click to select multiple recipients.
